What We Do

The Foundation achieves its objectives through:
1. Educational activities.
2. Organising and providing broadly defined counselling in the form of independent services supporting citizens and organisations within the scope of the Foundation's objectives.
3. Organising and participating in the financing of actions promoting pro-social attitudes.
4. Organising and conducting training related to the implementation of the Foundation's objectives.
5. Preparing and conducting thematic programmes within the scope of the Foundation's objectives.
6. Expert, advisory, and publishing activities.
7. Conducting scientific and research activities.
8. Collaboration with government authorities, local authorities, and non-governmental organisations within the scope of the Foundation's objectives.

People of the Foundation

President of the Foundation
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolas Copernicus University, attorney-at-law, PhD in Economics (Warsaw School of Economics), EU expert, trainer, and academic lecturer.
She has extensive experience in designing and managing projects, including EU-funded ones.
She has collaborated with several foundations and associations, including the Women's Rights Centre.
During her studies, she volunteered at legal clinics, providing free legal assistance to individuals in need, and worked as a culture editor for a student newspaper.
Privately, she is passionate about self-development, healthy living, and all forms of fine arts.
Chairperson of the Foundation's Council
Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations at Warsaw School of Economics, manager, specialist in local government affairs in a legal professional self-government body.
She collaborated with the Institute of Public Affairs as a member of the selection committee in the "Citizen and Law IV" program implemented by the Institute of Public Affairs and the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, and with the Federation of Educational Initiatives as a co-organizer of the VII Forum of Educational Initiatives.
Privately, she is a lover of the Polish language, author of articles and interviews, and a collaborating editor with domestic publishing houses.
Member of the Foundation's Council
Michał Rudziecki
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, attorney-at-law, expert at the European Parliament.
During his studies, he was actively involved in student and environmental organisations (Youth Organisation of LOP, Federation of Greens). During his studies, he also served as the chairperson of the Warsaw branch of the European Students' Forum AEGEE and as vice-chairperson of the European board of this organisation. He is also an activist for Kiva, an organisation operating in the microfinance sector.
Privately, he is a polyglot, traveller, enthusiast of Latin America, the Balkans, and Central Asia, and an author of numerous articles in travel magazines.
