EEA Projects:
The Foundation is a knowledge partner in the following projects, which are co-financed under the EEA funds in a consortium with Coedro Coaching Education Development and Change The World from Norway.
Motivus - Resilience and Motivation in the Times of Crisis. E-learning for Volunteers Working with Children
The project, implemented from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023, received funding of €50,005.50 from Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway under the EEA funds. The total value of public funding amounts to €58,830.00 which constitutes 100% of the project’s total value. As part of the project, an e-learning course was developed for volunteers working with children in difficult situations.
The e-learning course aims to prevent burnout and teach how to maintain volunteers’ motivation to continue their work, especially during crises (e.g., pandemics, wars) and periods of organisational difficulty. As a result of the project, Polish non-governmental organisations received access to a ready-made e-learning course with guidelines on how to approach work methods creatively and flexibly during crises and build volunteers’ resilience.
The project was implemented from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023.

In the project, universal solutions (in a modular form) were developed for Polish NGOs based on the experiences of Norwegian non-governmental organisations. These solutions are made available for general use to all Polish non-governmental organisations.
The project was implemented from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023.
