1.  The owner of the website www.fundacjaverum.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) and the controller of personal data collected through the Website is Verum Foundation, headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Dobrowoja 8/14, 04-003 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under number 0000391540, NIP: 1132848733 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “Foundation“).

2. The Website serves to promote and provide information about the Foundation’s activities.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR“).
